If you do not know your COMIT ID or LDAP password, please read the following step-by-step instructions, then follow them carefully.
If you do not know your COMIT ID:
- Click Here to search for your COMIT ID by entering your first and last name in the search box.
- Write down your COMIT ID.
- Enter your COMIT ID in the User ID field on the Login Page.
If you already have an LDAP password but do not remember it:
- Go to the Identity Verification Service.
- Then enter your COMIT ID and email address.
If you are not registered with the Identity Verification Service, you cannot use this service. Please see below instructions for MyResetExpress
If you know your LDAP password but your account is locked:
- Call the Digital Service Centre and choose option 2 for password or account lock out issues, then option 1 for LDAP password resets, and then option 1 again for MyResetExpress.
- You will be asked to enter your Employee ID number and to repeat your voice print phrase for authentication purposes. Once authenticated, you will be prompted to choose either the password reset or account lockout options.
- If you choose to unlock your account, please wait until MyResetExpress says your account has been unlocked before hanging up.
- In some cases, unlocking an account may not work. If this happens, call MyResetExpress back and this time reset your password.
- The system will give you a temporary password over the phone.
- After you use the temporary password, you will be prompted to enter a new password.
